WSI’S FAVORITE SUPPLY CHAIN PODCASTS
The supply chain is busy, and so are its employees. Super busy. Who-has-the-time-to-sit-down-and-read-a-book busy. Whether you’re doing chores at home, working out at the gym, or walking through the aisles at the grocery store, podcasts are a great way to consume media without taking you away from the other things you need to get done. Here are WSI’s favorite supply chain podcasts we discovered this year:
1. THE DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN
The Digital Supply Chain podcast, hosted by “SAP Innovation Evangelist” Tom Raftery, discusses every aspect of the industry from design to production. 2. TALKING LOGISTICS
Talking Logistics is an online video talk show/blog by Adrian Gonzalez where he interviews executives, professors, and authors from industry-leading manufacturers, academic institutions, and 3PLs. The show considers itself to be an “interactive and engaging platform to learn and network with other practitioners and thought leaders.” With a background in transportation management, logistics outsourcing, global trade management, social media, and more, Gonzalez provides an excellent community for entry-level position holders and industry veterans alike.

Supercharged Supply Chain hosts Rob Leibman and Joseph Paris promise to help their audience “be aware of changes in rules and regulations as they become known to help you avoid uncomfortable situations which might influence your business decisions.” Every episode focuses on a different topic, some of which discuss opportunities for improvement so listeners can always stay ahead of the curve. This podcast is ideal for leaders who are willing to put in the effort to maintain a competitive advantage.
